South Lambeth Market to launch on 17th September 2011

The old Wilcox Road market

Remember the initiative to resurrect the old Wilcox Road Market?

Well, it's a long story...

But the short version is that there WILL be a new monthly market but it won't be in Wilcox Road.

Never mind, I'm sure everyone will give a very warm welcome to the new South Lambeth Market which will take place monthly at The Cavendish Arms, 128 Hartington Rd, Stockwell, London SW8 2HJ.

There will be stalls both inside and outside selling all kinds of things: food, home-wares, crafts etc etc More details to follow.

The market will launch on 17th September 2011 to coincide with the Stockwell Festival and will be held on the second Saturday of each month thereafter. All dates are listed on the Tradescant Road diary.
