Keybridge House consultation document online

As previously noted BT has submitted a planning application (13/03935/OUT) to Lambeth council for the redevelopment of Keybridge House on South Lambeth Road.
  • 415 new homes across five blocks
  • Approx. 900 sq metres of new shops and cafes, located primarily along South Lambeth Road
  • Approx. 3,000 sq metres of office and studio space, located primarily along the railway viaduct
  • Land for a 2-form entry primary school (outline only)
  • 115 car parking spaces
  • 610 cycle parking spaces
