Since it's quiz night, maybe we'll muster a team from the road. I was contemplating Wednesday, but the Kennington Oval and Vauxhall Forum is that night.
Four of us made it to the pub last night, and put in a strong, second-place showing for the quiz - winning a free round in the process.
I'm ashamed to say responsibility for the loss falls squarely on my head for overconfidence in some incorrect answers, including one about my own country's geography! If we get a few more people next time, we'll definitely have a good chance at a win.
Why do you always pick a day I can't make? It's deliberate isn't it? It's quiz night too! Drat.
