News round up: Thames Walkway, south London tube, Stockwell War Memorial, crime and flytipping

I've been out of circulation for a week but here's a round-up from other local blogs:

• Oval News on the delay to the Thames Walkway and St George Tower

• Depressing to think that if you stamp out fly-tipping somewhere (e.g. in Tradescant Road) it just goes somewhere else.
