South Lambeth not a property hotspot, but it's definitely warm

At least according to this article in the Evening Standard which publishes this hotspot map showing the relative strength of the property market in London.

Apparently:

"On the outskirts of prime central London, one of the strongest performers was South Lambeth/Nine Elms (SW8), which continues to be the most expensive central London location south of the Thames."
