TfL publishes draft cycling strategy for Vauxhall & Nine Elms

As the title of this post suggests, TfL has published a draft cycling strategy for Vauxhall & Nine Elms.

I haven't had time to read it. Do tell me what it says.

    Have had a quick scroll through and there seems to be lots and lots of what cyclists need in the area and what could be done but very little about what is actually achievable and what they are going to do.
