They Mayor of Lambeth will unveil a plaque at 12.30pm on Saturday 14th September 2013 to mark the amazing work that has been done to renovate the memorial, landscape the gardens and repaint the mural. Perhaps most importantly, the crumbling lettering of the names of those have gave their lives has been recut where appropriate. It's all looking fantastic and well worth crossing the road to look at next time you are in Stockwell.
