BT submits planning application for Keybridge House redevelopment



BT has submitted a planning application (13/03935/OUT) to Lambeth council for the redevelopment of Keybridge House on South Lambeth Road.

The plans include 415 houses and flats, office space, several retail units and land for a new primary school. There will be five buildings of 4, 9, 9, 22 and 36 storeys.

If BT successfully secures planning consent it aims to sell the site to a property developer.

    We are lobbying against the demolition of Keybridge House on the grounds that the building is a significant local landmark having both architectural quality and historical significance to the area. Anyone wishing to back this can leave a written objection on the council's website by following the link in the article above or cut and paste ours from our blog:
