The way we were: Coronation Buildings, circa 1970

The photograph shows Coronation Buildings which preceded the office buildings opposite Vauxhall Park at 66 South Lambeth Road.

According to Edith's Streets, the five-storey Coronation Buildings were built in about 1905 by the London & S.W. Railway.

  2. JOSH TETLEY - squatted here about 1981! It was awful. Full of down and outs and other unfortunates. Most of it was pretty uninhabitable but it was better than nothing!
