Pedal cycles, pot plants, pumpkins... now the rubbish has gone missing! Last night, I wheeled out my bin only to notice there was nothing in it. Odd, but why bother reporting this?
The only reason I can imagine to steal rubbish is for documents to use in an identity theft scheme. So check you online statements, etc. Our road may be targeted by identity thieves.
