Happy Holidays and a crime-free winterval

Tip from one who knows:
After the burglaries last Christmas in Aldebert Terrace I gathered that one of the tricks of the burglars was to put something like an old piece of carpet or a box in front of people's front doors. If they were not promptly removed, this indicated that the house was empty.

It might be an idea for us all to keep an eye out for this sort of thing over the holidays and to remove such planted obstacles from neighbours' doorways.
So, in the wise words of Mr Jerry Springer - look after yourselves and each other.

A Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah or whatever to you all.
